Registration for the Summer Institute is underway! Our five week summer enrichment program will begin on June 30th. Roland Green - PURPLE Color Day April 17th!
Students are encouraged to wear the color PURPLE and will participate in activities associated with that color throughout the day.

Alma Richeh, the Executive Director of the Center for Arabic Culture, brought her wealth of knowledge and expertise to Roland Green on March 5th for our professional development early release day.
The staff at Roland Green showed immense enthusiasm and receptiveness towards integrating her profound understanding of the intricate customs, traditions, and beliefs of the Arabic community. This collaboration has laid the groundwork for a more profound comprehension and an even stronger support system for our students and their families.

Superintendent Search update: On Saturday, February 8, 2025, the school committee will interview Liz Legault at 8:30 AM, Carolyn Lyons at 10:15 AM and Michelle McKeon at 12:15 PM.
Then on Monday evening, February 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm , the committee will deliberate and announce the final candidate.

Roland Green Preschool Community Peer Application is Live Today!!
Complete an application to attend our preschool today. If you are a Mansfield Resident and your child is 3 years old on or before 9/1/25 fill out an application to day. Go to the RG website to find the application and more information.

The Town of Mansfield Public Schools Preschool is looking for Community Peer students to attend our preschool this fall for the 2025/2026 school year. The online application will be made available on January 6, 2025 on the Roland Green Preschool website. If your child is a Mansfield resident, aged 3 to 5 years old and not eligible for K in the 2025/2026 school year please go to our website for more information. We will be accepting applications through February 15th.
Roland Green Preschool is currently on the lookout for community peers for our half day sessions. We have openings available in both the morning session, which runs from 8:30-11am, and the afternoon session, which runs from 12-2:30pm. If you are a Mansfield resident and your child will be turning 3 by January 1, 2025, we encourage you to reach out to us at 508-261-1561 to schedule a screening appointment. Please keep in mind that these placements will be allocated on a first come, first served basis for the current school year.
Students are invited to wear the pajamas on Thursday, December 19th to celebrate Polar Express Day at Roland Green. Students will engage in a read aloud of The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg and participate in fun, engaging activities throughout the day! PLEASE WEAR SCHOOL APPROPRIATE SHOES.
